Customers retain ownership of IP and confidential data; production partners are bound by confidentiality and scope-limited access.

Scope changes require written change approval and may affect cost and lead time.

Inspection and acceptance criteria follow the agreed quality scope and evidence package, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability is limited to the scope and value of the applicable order as defined in the quote or agreement.

Payment terms, delivery windows, and change requests follow the approved program plan and any master service agreement.
